学制：中文或英文授课，3 年制。

专业：请见《上海海事大学2015 年外国留学生（博士研究生）招生专业目录》

申请资格：硕士研究生以上学历，英语精通（TOEFL ibt 90 及以上，雅思6.0
及以上）或具备一定汉语水平，45 岁以下的外国留学生。

学费：29000
元/年

申请时间：2014年10月8日至2015年5月31日；申请者逾期提出申请，将排入下一阶段招生程序。

开学时间：每年9月份，具体以录取通知书为准。

申请方式：申请者须在线申请并提交相关申请材料。自费生和上海市政府奖学金申请者，请登陆留学上海网，网址为：http://www.studyshanghai.org；中国政府奖学金申请者，请登陆国家留学网，网址为www.csc.edu.cn。如逾期申请将不予录取。

申请材料：

1. 上海海事大学外国留学生入学申请表；
   (2)
   学历证书、学位证书的原件或经过公证的复印件。中、英文以外文本的证书还需提供公证过的中文或英文翻译件；
   (3)
   硕士研究生阶段全部课程的成绩单原件或经过公证的复印件。中、英文以外文本的成绩单还需提供公证过的中文或英文翻译件；
   (4)
   两封与报考学科相关的副教授或相当于副教授以上职称专家的推荐信，须为中文或英文的原件；
   (5) 个人陈述，1000
   字左右。内容应包括个人学习、工作经历，学术研究成果，硕士阶段的研究计划，毕业后的个人发展目标等；
   (6) 申请者护照复印件；
   (7)
   身体健康检查表复印件；
   (8) HSK 汉语水平考试证书或英语TOFEL, IELTS, GRE 成绩证书
   (9) 护照照片尺寸的证件照4 张。  

申请费：400元。请在递交申请材料时同时缴纳报名费，否而您的申请材料将不予受理；若您的申请时间已经超过项目要求申请截点，报名费将会给予退还。

录取：经审核材料确定录取名单，必要时可能通过面试或笔试手段决定是否录取。录取结果将于2015 年7
月上旬公布，《录取通知书》随后寄发。

2015 PhD Program for International Students

Majors:
Please consult the major list of PhD programs for foreign students
applying for Shanghai Maritime University.

Qualifications:
Graduate or above, age 45 or below, enough English language competency
(TOEFL ibt 90 or above, IELTS 6.0 or above, HSK Level 5 or above) for academic
learning, and healthy foreigners.

Tuition:
RMB 29000 per year.

Application period: Oct. 8,
2014 - May 31, 2015.

 (5) Statement
of purpose. Around 1500 words for PhD candidates, including the study and work
experience, academic research result, planned research proposal, and individual
development objective after graduation;
 (6) Valid passport copy;
 (7)
Copy of Health Certificate;
 (8) TOFEL or IELTS or GRE or HSK
certificate;
 (9) 4 passport-sized photos

Application Fee:
RMB 400. You must include the fees with your application or it will not
be processed. If any of our programs are closed to new applicants, you will
receive a refund. Otherwise, application fees are not
refundable.
Enrollment: Shanghai Maritime University
reserves the right to admit foreign students by written test or
interview.
The enrollment result will be issued at the beginning of July,
2015. The offer package will be delivered after
that.
